Human Resources (HR) Consultant

As Human Resources (HR) Consultant, your key tasks will include

  • Initiation and leading of HR related projects pertaining to talent management, culture change, organisational assessment and development, leadership competencies and employee engagement;

  • Identification of HR issues, formulation and execution of HR strategies in addressing the issues;

  • Development of compelling client value propositions, proposal development and detailed plans to support execution and realisation of clients desired outcomes;

  • Coaching clients to strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices within project timeline.

  • Capable to deliver  and facilitate high-impact discussion with senior audiences

  • Min of 5 years of prior Consulting and/or Human Resources, Talent Management, Succession Planning experience in various types of implementation and Transformation i.e.  Business and Process Improvement

  • Professional Degree, Masters or Bachelors Degree from any discipline and field, with the min CGPA of 3.0
