Organisation Change Management Consultant/ Senior Consultant

As an Organisation Change Management Consultant/ Senior Consultant, your key tasks will include

  • Assessing the current state of the organisation and proposing the appropriate Change Management Strategy;

  • Development of Change Management Plan, with its measurement and mitigation plans;

  • Execution and monitoring of the effectiveness of the Change Intervention with the assigned team;

  • Collaboration with the Project Manager in delivering sustainable change to the client

  • Active stakeholder engagement to improve adoption

  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills

  • Good leadership and management skills to manage a delivery team

  • Capable to deliver and facilitate high-impact discussion with senior audiences

  • Min of 3 – 7 years of prior Consulting and/or Organisation Change Management experience in various types of implementation and Transformation i.e.  IT Implementation, Business and Process Improvement

  • Professional Degree, Masters or Bachelors Degree from any discipline and field, with the min CGPA of 3.0
