Change Management Training
In addition to consulting, we also collaborate with the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) to conduct training for change managers in various organizations.
We have also developed our own change management methodology. This methodology is the basis for our Change Management Certification Program training. The ACMP provides certification for participants of this program.
